Winner receives 3 Months of Lawn Maintenance for themselves and a friend from True Turf! This includes either three months of lawn mowing or three months of lawn treatment, and must be used within 1 year of the date that the prize is awarded.

Beginning in June, and continuing through June 30, 2018, Anthony PHC will receive entries to win this special prize.  To enter:  1) Like our post on Facebook, 2) Tag a friend who you want to win the prize with you, and 3) fill out an Entry Form.  No purchase is necessary to enter.  Anthony will randomly draw a winner on July 1, 2018.  Please like us on Facebook to see the winner.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner is responsible for all applicable gift taxes associated with receipt of prizes. Winner must provide social security number and State ID for a 1099 tax form. This contest void where prohibited by law. Winner must present proper identification in person to claim prize and must be a Kansas or Missouri resident. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release form or prize is void or will be awarded to an alternate winner at Anthony PHC’s option. Winner consents to the use of his or her name/likeness for publicity purposes (i.e., Anthony PHC web properties and social media websites) without additional compensation.

Decision of Anthony PHC will be final in all respects regarding the awarding of prizes. Anthony PHC reserves the right to refuse award of prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest rules, fraud, misrepresentation, or counterfeit, illegible or altered identification. By entering this contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Anthony PHC and its employees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, managers, contractors, advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies, retailers of all such companies, persons and/or entities (“Sponsor and their agents”), for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in,the promotion, or from the use of any prize.
