Beginning September 1 through September 30, 2023, Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric will receive entries to select one (1) winner to receive a full HVAC system replacement!
Simply enter* by uploading a picture of your antique air conditioner and give a brief reason why it should be replaced. Already replaced your HVAC system? No worries! Nominate a neighbor, friend, or family member! Please like us on Facebook to see the winner.

Winner will be contacted by phone or email. If Anthony PHCE is unable to make contact in 48 hours, the prize will be awarded to another lucky homeowner.
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners are responsible for all applicable gift taxes associated with receipt of prizes. Winners must provide social security number and State ID for a 1099 tax form. This contest void where prohibited by law. Winners must present proper identification in person to claim prize and must be a Kansas or Missouri resident. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release form or prize is void or will be awarded to an alternate winner at Anthony PHCE’s option. Winner(s) consent to the use of his or her name/likeness for publicity purposes (i.e., Anthony PHCE web properties and social media websites) without additional compensation.
Decision of Anthony PHCE will be final in all respects regarding the awarding of prizes. Anthony PHCE reserves the right to refuse award of prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest rules, fraud, misrepresentation, or counterfeit, illegible or altered identification. By entering this contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Anthony PHCE and its employees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, managers, contractors, advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies, retailers of all such companies, persons and/or entities (“Sponsor and their agents”), for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the promotion, or from the use of any prize.
