As a valued customer, we wanted to inform you that Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric has been deemed an Essential Home Service Business and continues to be open to serve you 24/7.
We know that the health, safety, and comfort of you and your family are among your top priorities. Our job is to ensure that you have the products and services you need to help ease your concerns.
We continue to take all precautions and measures for the safety of you and our co-workers.
- We continue to enforce our industry-leading practices and policies regarding how we clean as well as the frequency of cleaning our facility and company vehicles, ensuring that we exceed the guidelines for cleanliness set in place by the CDC.
- All technicians are required to use hand sanitizer, wipes and gloves before and during every visit.
- All employees are required to practice the CDC recommended social distancing standard during all interactions.
- We are providing employees up-to-date information to keep them, and their families informed, aware and protected throughout this evolving situation.
- We install a product that is effective for reducing microbial populations on surfaces. It is installed in ductwork and is called Air Scrubber by Aerus® with ActivePure® Technology. An Air Scrubber is installed in every HVAC system in our building as well as our own homes. It is a long-term healthy solution and not a panic fix. I think every home should have one.

Thank you for being a valued Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric customer. You’re the reason we do what we do, so I wanted to personally reach out to you regarding the current coronavirus situation. As I’m sure you’ve seen, there continues to be an influx of new information each day. So, I appreciate the chance to update you on what we’re doing right now at Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to protect you and your family.
1. Your Safety
First, I want to assure you that your safety and the safety of all our customers and employees remain our top priority. That means you can trust us with confidence. Here are some of the measures we’ve taken in recent days:
- We have reinforced our industry-leading practices and policies regarding how we clean our facility and company vehicles. Our goal in this time, and always is to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. And ensure that our employees are exceeding the guidelines for cleanliness set in place by the CDC.
- We’ve increased the frequency of our cleaning assignments within our facility and our fleet of vehicles.
- We are wiping down all surfaces and common areas with disinfectant multiple times daily.
- We have installed the latest Virus Killing indoor air technology products into our facility heating and cooling systems.
- We are providing hand sanitizer at every entrance and exit of our building.
- We’re providing our employees up-to-date information to keep them – and their families – informed, aware and protected throughout this situation.
